The room was nicely decorated and well-equipped with heating, a comfortable double bed, and cost £192; the breakfast was fantastic with stunning views, fresh orange juice and champagne, and the staff were helpful and attentive.

Enjoyed my good stay for 1 night. The staff were very attentive and the facilities were very good. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with nice view of the mountains and fresh orange juice, as for instance, you will not be disappointed.

only one person at the reception a very nice guy with glasses and brown and only one waiter, tall strong and a little brown the rest of the staff very bad, especially two waiters on the 12th at 8 am I want to take a coffee on the terrace of the hotel as my dog and smoke a cigarette, the waiter tells me that I can not because it is wet table and instead of having empathy because I said I would smoke, he replied that he does not clean the table and another more serious issue that I explain what I did not like.

The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable, big bed, and the hotel's location was superb.

barman has a very bad attitude, we are four people, at night at 8-9 we went to the counter to ask if you can give water to us, said yes, we went to the restaurant on the floor 0 which is closer, we went, we asked for water and waiter threw us to the floor 5, we asked can not ask for hot water? man at the counter told us that we could, waiter only gave us a cup of water... we are 4 people, cup of water is useless... finally we returned to the counter to tell what had happened, man went directly to the restaurant to talk to the waiter. the gentleman did not give 5 cups of hot water, he is super nice! We do not like the attitude of the waiter. since it is a 4 star hotel and we are customers, it is very ugly, I hope you never do these things! thank you,

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and ideal, near the bus station. The staff were all particularly helpful and efficient.- It was in a perfect and stunning location with an urban park nearby.

The only good thing about the room was the hot tub, but little else.

In a suite with a double queen size bed, it's two beds together, I think they should say, since you spend the night nailing the middle of the bed to your back, in a 60 square meter room a 30 inch TV, seriously, they should put a bigger TV that will go with the room size. Oh, room is cold, cold in the nose, you put the heating on top, you say, oh, then put the heating on and, yes, of course, if you take the card out of the pencil, goodbye heating, means that whenever you arrive, room will be cold, when I say cold, it is frozen, to heat it up a bit with the heating, it takes you a long time, bathroom, whatever you do, will always be cold.

The staff were friendly, and, important to us, spoke English. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was good too.

The room here had beautiful views of the mountains and the river, with a nice balcony and Wi-Fi, and the service was exceptional throughout.

Acta Arthotel was highly recommended on your website and rightly so. The room was spacious with excellent facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. The king-size bed was great for sleeping and the location was very quiet. The bathroom had all the facilities we needed.

In Andorra everyone smokes in restaurants. We found the smoking in the bar unpleasant but were able to get away from this. We would also like to have an electric jug or kettle so that we can make our own tea. But these are minor criticisms when the rest is taken into consideration.
